This new energy saving scheme has now gone live and will provide single low cost improvements such as cavity wall or loft insulation as well as upgrades to heating controls. Unlike the ECO4 Flex scheme it is not income or health based, but based on homes in the lowest bands of Council Tax, A, B, C, D and E and in the lowest Energy performance Rating bands of D, E, F and G. If you are unsure of your Council Tax band or do not have an Energy Performance Certificate the don’t worry, we can help find them.
