We are a registered charity (No. 1055753) established in 1996 and based in Newport, South Wales.

Over the past 22 years, we have provided energy advice to 282,000 households. And we have helped the residents of South East Wales save a grand total of £144 million on household energy bills.

Our objectives are to combat fuel poverty, poor health and climate change. We aim to achieve our objectives by providing free, impartial advice on a range of energy-related issues.

We work with local authorities, social housing providers, charities and directly with householders across South East Wales.

In addition to providing general energy-saving advice, we are experts in helping people to switch energy suppliers, access grants for home improvements (such as boilers and insulation) and deal with disputes or queries relating to utilities.

The ‘Advice’ section of the website provides a wealth of information on a range of frequently-discussed topics. If you would like further information or advice, get in touch to see how we can help.
